Welcome to Rhythm n Roots Yoga!  If you are living on or soon to be visiting Grand Cayman, you will want to check out my latest yoga class schedule.  The studio is located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach and is within walking distance from many hotels, condos, and homes.

2nd floor of Tropical Centre 1 on Earth Close rd, behind Edoardo's restaurant.

7:15pm Beginner's Yin Yoga
